State of the plant address
Agency: Smyle / Client: WWF
The Event
An event to launch the release of WWF’s landmark new Forest Pathways Report. The first ever comprehensive global blueprint showing how we move away from failure and towards meeting our global forest goals. Attended by philanthropists and politicians at Frameless in London.
Guests were delivered hard hitting and emotive cinematic message in 360 degrees followed by speeches from the Former President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos; Indigenous and environmental activist, Txai Suruí; artist, activist and WWF Ambassador, Kedar Williams-Stirling; and a special video message from WWF Ambassador Ellie Goulding.
Following the address, guests took an immersive walk through the earth’s rainforests, learning about the plight of their communities, nature and the effects of this on the planet.
“a special shout out to Abbi who poured her heart into this one. Thank you.”

My ROLE:
Lead Pitch & Content Producer
Having led the winning pitch team, I was appointed Content and Event Producer for a bucket-list client: WWF.
My core mandate was to transform a flat 2D archive into a fully immersive, 360-degree sensory journey through the world’s rainforests. Working with three weeks of full access to WWF’s asset library, I mapped the physical spatial layout on grid systems and built a custom timecode-scripting framework so our editing team could execute complex, multi-screen spatial placement with surgical precision.
Collaborating closely with WWF’s Head of Content, Richard Edwards, we curated assets representing every major global rainforest, balancing emotive narrative storytelling with core conservation messaging. In addition to the main immersive installation, I directed all auxiliary screen content across the venue, managed on-site supplier briefing and scheduling, led rehearsals, and delivered full technical execution on time and within budget.
Watching the audience's awe during the experience remains a defining career highlight.
You can enjoy the full experience yourself HERE - in a VR headset works best.
“Was quite the ride – a great collaborative team effort. Enjoyed working together on this!”
